SNELIPRODUCTION INTRODUCTION
Glue-free and environmentally friendly: No glue is used in the production process. Only hot pressing or co-extrusion lamination is adopted, avoiding the release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde. It meets environmental protection standards (such as E0 grade and CARB certification).
High stability: The high-proportion mixture of calcium powder and PVC makes the water absorption rate of the floor extremely low (≤0.1%). It has excellent resistance to thermal expansion and cold contraction, and is suitable for humid environments (such as bathrooms and kitchens).
Efficient mass production: The automated production line (from mixing to cutting) enables continuous production, with a daily output of up to several thousand square meters.
Controllable performance: By adjusting the proportion of calcium powder (such as high calcium powder to enhance hardness) and the thickness of the wear-resistant layer (such as 0.3mm to increase wear resistance), products can be customized to adapt to different scenarios (residential/commercial/industrial uses).
Features
● Surface Distressing Process: Through "brushing, embossing, and hand-scraping" techniques, the surface of SPC flooring gains subtle texture. For example, "hand-scraped retro oak" has textures that simulate hand-planing, allowing a natural tactile experience when stepping barefoot – more retro than smooth surfaces.
● Edge Treatment Process: Adopting a "locking V-groove" design, which creates tiny gaps after installation, simulating the splicing effect of traditional solid wood flooring for a more layered visual appeal. Some products also feature "bevel distressing," giving the edges a slight worn look, just like a vintage floor used for years.
● Size Design: Mostly available in "long planks" (e.g., 1220×180mm) or "wide planks" (e.g., 1800×220mm) to replicate the slender shape of old solid wood flooring; a few retro decorative tile styles come in "small square tiles" (e.g., 300×300mm), suitable for retro kitchens and bathrooms.
